333dhk Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 333dhk platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered account holders who place bets, play games, claim bonuses, or conduct financial transactions. Access to or use of any part of the 333dhk platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

333dhk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 2 Account Registration

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

333dhk processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3.3 Deposit Processing

3.5 Withdrawal to a Single Method

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used to fund the account. If multiple deposit methods have been used, the platform will determine the appropriate withdrawal routing in line with the deposit history on the account. Players may not request withdrawals to third-party accounts or methods not registered in their own name.

4 Bonus Terms

333dhk offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet credits, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions. Where bonus abuse is detected, 333dhk reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings generated from it, suspend the account, and pursue recovery of any funds already withdrawn in connection with the abusive activity.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 333dhk platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, and Nolimit City. Each game is governed by its own individual ruleset, which is accessible within the game interface itself.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333dhk platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity to fund your 333dhk account.

333dhk reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct in any case not explicitly listed above and to take appropriate action including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

333dhk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account is a duplicate of an existing 333dhk account.
• A request from a relevant authority, financial institution, or responsible gaming body.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". All pending bets and active bonuses will be settled or cancelled in accordance with these terms at the time of closure. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

8.2 Suspended Account Balances

Where an account is suspended by 333dhk due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account will be retained pending the outcome of the investigation. 8.3 Limitation of Liability

In all cases, 333dhk's total liability to any individual player in any given calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in that same month.
